Abstract
This study explores the experiences of health workers in providing mental health education using a qualitative research approach. Data were collected through interviews and focus group discussions (FGDs) with health professionals from various clinical and community settings. The findings show that professional empowerment, emotional burden, and cultural barriers significantly shape their educational practices. Institutional support and ongoing training increase confidence and effectiveness, while stigma and resource limitations hinder progress. This study concludes that strengthening organizational capacity and emotional resilience among healthcare workers is essential to advancing sustainable and impactful mental health education initiatives.
