Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to explore in greater depth how the public participates in public decision-making, and its impact on the efficiency, effectiveness, and fairness of public services. It is hoped that this study will encourage stakeholders to be more active in providing useful policy advice to the government, and ultimately strengthen public involvement in better public management in the future. It can be explained positively that if the community participates in the process, it can make policies more acceptable to the people, and ultimately make their implementation easier and smoother. This is a practical guide for leaders and organizations who want to try a participatory leadership style, so that their teams can be more effective and collaborative in working together.
